libb-compiling-perl software package provides Perl module for expose PL_compiling to perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libb-compiling-perl
libb-compiling-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libb-compiling-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libb-compiling-perl *
You will get with libb-compiling-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
